Meet the Chef

My name is Vasilis Mavrommatis, chef and founder of Redining. I began training as a chef at fifteen, enrolling in culinary school before spending the next decade working seasonally across Europe, training in five-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants and alongside Michelin-starred chefs.

The idea for Redining was born in Chalkidiki, Greece, when I experienced the magic of elevated intimate private dinners. I realised that cooking for small groups in a home setting, with the same precision and creativity found in the world's best restaurants, creates a uniquely intimate and memorable dining experience. This is what I aim to bring to your table with every Redining experience. I look forward to cooking for you.
